LCMHCA (Jacksonville & Telehealth)

Tracey is passionate about helping individuals of all ages heal from painful life experiences and discover where God is present in their stories. She believes that every person carries the resilience and God-given capacity to move beyond grief, trauma, family challenges, and seasons of feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Her heart is to create a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where clients can problem-solve, grow, and experience emotional and spiritual healing.

In addition to holding a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Tracey is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA). She brings both her clinical training and her decades of teaching experience into her work with clients, offering a unique blend of insight, empathy, and practical guidance. Tracey has spent twenty-eight years working with children in the classroom and has also cared for children in the foster-care system within her home. Through these experiences, she has witnessed trauma, loss, and deep resilience—fueling her desire to walk alongside women, children, and families seeking redemption and restoration in their own narratives.

As a counselor, Tracey uses evidence-based approaches such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She thoughtfully tailors each session to meet clients exactly where they are, helping them move toward self-discovery, emotional wellness, and faith-driven growth. Her therapeutic style emphasizes compassion, collaboration, and the belief that healing unfolds step by step.

Tracey understands that seeking counseling requires courage, vulnerability, and hope. She is honored to use her passion, training, and life experience to support clients as they pursue healing, emotional clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose.
